Partner Development Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Onsite at HQ at least 2 days per week

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Overview

Our client is seeking a Partner Development Specialist to support one of the highest-priority initiatives within their growing Partnerships organization.

This role will focus on partner onboarding, partner operations, partner communications, and process improvement within a rapidly expanding partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of partner/channel experience, operational excellence, and customer-facing communication skills.

Candidates from large-scale technology organizations such as Salesforce, Meta, Google, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks, or Snowflake are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and activation of partner organizations.
  • Manage partner outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner questions and onboarding activities.
  • Review and manage partner registrations and operational requests.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and partner data.
  • Track partner activity and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
  • Identify process improvements and help document best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to support partner growth and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Partner Development, Partner Operations, Channel, Alliance, SDR/BDR, or related experience.
  • Experience working with systems integrators, channel partners, resellers, or partner programs.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience at a large technology company preferred.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
