• Strong Project Managers (PMs) with BS AML background
• AML, RCSA, Banking ops, wholesale ops
• Strong communication skills are essential: candidates must articulate needs, lead meetings, and interact with multiple teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at documentation.
• AML Oversight and AML leadership backgrounds are a plus; candidates don't have to be traditional PMs.
• Change Management experience with operational readiness activities is highly valued.
• Ability to have a holistic view to identify necessary actions.
• Familiarity with standardized templates and checklists for change delivery (no ad-hoc operations).
• These individuals will collaborate closely with FCRM, Regulatory Execution teams, and FCO, where they serve as the central point of coordination, as well as multiple COO groups. These roles will be highly visible and impactful.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating materials.
• Financial Crimes Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of: BSAML, USA PATRIOT Act, compliance aspects.
