MHS is seeking licensed Psychologists (Clinical or School) or Psychotherapists to join our dedicated Psychological Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct care, crisis intervention, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers to deliver holistic, coordinated mental health support in a resource-rich and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to assigned students
- Conduct assessments of psychopathology, risk, and incidents
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and educators
- Provide consultation and training to staff and student sponsors
- Advocate for students’ mental health and safety

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology and current licensure as a psychologist (LPC, LCSW, or Certified School Psychologist also considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy and assessment, preferably in a clinical or school setting
- Strong crisis intervention and evidence-based therapy skills
- Proficiency in psychological testing and treatment planning
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Availability for on-site hours and on-call rotation
- High ethical standards and sound professional judgment, serving as a role model for MHS students.
