Position: Salesforce Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Contract to Hire

Rate Range: $50-75 per hour max depending on skills and experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiarity with the structure and components of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core solutions like Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, as well as tools like CPQ and CRM Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and automation technologies, such as Flow Builder, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and SOQL queries.
• Understanding of third-party integrations and marketplace applications, including tools for document automation, e-signatures, surveys, and form creation.
• Must hold current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Platform Developer I.
• Additional certifications such as App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, or Application Architect are highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least four years of experience in the tech sector, with a background in software development, IT operations, or product engineering.
