Senior Quality Analyst

Parma Tube Corporation, founded in 1964, is a manufacturer of custom tube assemblies. Among our customers are some of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction and agricultural equipment, diesel engines, air compressors and other industrial equipment.

Experience & Qualifications

· Experience in manufacturing environment, with hands-on focus in Quality tasks
· Familiarity with ISO-9001 quality system requirements
· Familiarity with the following: SPC, Pareto analysis, Cpk studies, 8D root cause analysis
· Understanding of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gage R & R as required
· Experience with blueprint reading and GD & T
· Very detail-oriented
· Excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong with numbers and statistics


Duties

· Offer support and resources to Quality team
· Collect and analyze data for root cause and corrective action activities
· Customer and supplier contact related to quality issues (containment, response, corrective action)
· Compile performance data and report departmental results
· Provide technical support to production and office staff
· Perform product audits as required to ensure compliance with customer requirements
· Participate in internal audit system (process audits, layered audits, product audits) as required
· Perform technical writing of work instructions, reports, and standard operating procedures


Education
Two-year degree preferred

Salary
$65,000 - $75,000
