Full Job Description
Th Senior Software Engineer will join our Back-office Technology Team and help solve problems with operations and features that impact the customer. If you are a strong technical programmer who is curious, problem solver and a strong communicator, this role is for you.
When will you work?
- This role is hybrid (1-2 days working in the Swedesboro, NJ office)
- Partner with technical lead to formulate technical solutions
- Analyze and document technical solutions
- Continuously work with technical lead to improve software engineering practices
- Develop, test, and support code using agile methodologies
- Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment
- A Senior: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills; enjoy maintaining existing and building new systems.
- Strong Communicator: Offering support and guidance; giving clear instructions and setting expectations
- Fast Paced: Manage multiple projects while still meeting deadlines
What you’ve done:
- Significant experience utilizing Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5/4.0/CORE: C#, legacy VB.NET (WinForms, Web forms), ASP.NET MVC, REST API, Windows communication Foundation (WCF), .NET Webservices (ASMX)
- Experience with SQL Server development (TSQL) design (tables, views, stored procedures).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical/IT field from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years full stack software development experience specific to the required technologies outlined above
- Experience with web front-end technologies (ReactJS, Bootstrap, Angular, etc.) a plus, but not required
- Supported production applications on a daily, weekly, or annual basis, based upon business requirements which will vary by project
- Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to demonstrate continual learning
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Compensation: The target salary range is $110,000-$130,000 commensurate with individual's experience and qualifications
