Job Description:

Position: UKG Reporting/Support Analyst

Location: 100% Remote in the US

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, EST Hours

Duration: 12+ month contract on W2

Pay Rate Range: W2 $35-40/hr, paid for hours worked

Industry: Banking


Summary:

This Analyst will be part of our HR team that supports UKG. Primarily responsible for providing support including Tier 2 support, reporting and systems administration. This is a visible role with direct contact with HR partners across the Bank.


Core Responsibilities:

- Reporting

  • Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
  • Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement.

- System Support

  • Provides daily technical support for UKG by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
  • Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.
  • Password/account resets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience providing systems support/administration for HR Systems
  • Most recent HRIS experience must be UKG (Ultipro Core/HCM side most important)
  • Experience creating reports from the HRIS - large focus of the role
  • MS Office (Teams, Excel - vlookups, filters, large data sets, basic pivot tables)
  • Keen attention to detail due to secure nature of content
  • Customer service skills for internal employees
  • This is not a functional HR role nor a HRIS development/configuration role
