Job Description:
This is a fully funded, 4-year contract with a 6-month contract-to-hire path, offering stability and growth in a mission-critical environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of engineers and telecom specialists, working on-site to support unified communications and video systems operations.

What you’ll do:
- Schedule and manage video conferences across remote sites
- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and customer support
- Operate and maintain multi-vendor VTC equipment
- Collaborate with engineers while owning your responsibilities
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain Public Trust – up be updated to a Top Secret
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with H.323, TCP/IP, SIP protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environments
