CP Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef & Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. As Sous Chef & Kitchen Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, food quality control, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. You will play a key role in menu execution, team leadership, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, excellent communication, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Experience with scheduling, ordering, training, and motivating a team is a must. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency and creativity.
