Assistant District Manager-$1,000 Hiring Bonus

The Bismarck Tribune is seeking a full-time Assistant District Manager to support our home delivery team's goal of providing superior customer service to our customers. The Assistant District Manager works from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM at a distribution center or in the field performing some or all of the following tasks:

• Assisting with the delivery of newspapers.
• Checking addresses for previous delivery issues.
• Organizing and distributing daily paperwork.
• Staging newspaper bundles to distributors.
• Operating a computer to print reports.
• Communicating and following up with managers.

The position requires good communication skills, the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend and list, and perform door-to-door deliveries. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record is required. This position may work some holidays and weekends.

Hiring Bonus

Competitive Hiring bonus will be paid as follows

• $250 on first paycheck
• $250 after 45 days of employment
• $500 after 90 days of employment
