General Job Description Summary:  Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Assistant Controller, Controller and/or CFO. Perform various accounting functions to include, fixed assets / depreciation, analysis of accounts, financial statements, bank reporting and reconciliation, general ledger journal entries, process miscellaneous payments (life insurance and 125 Cafeteria Plan), monitor corporate credit cards and monitor insurance expense. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties.  Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.  Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Assistant Controller and/or Controller. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Experience:    3 Years Accounting with BBA or AAD or 10 Years’ experience as an Accountant.

Education, Training and Skills:  Bachelor Degree in Accounting Preferred or Ten Years’ Experience as an Accountant; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Possess excellent analytical and planning skills and be detail oriented. Experience in Manufacturing a plus.
