Admin Accounting Assistant
Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Reports to Director of Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for a variety of accounting and clerical functions including processing monthly billing (VA, Private Pay, Medicaid), maintaining attendance records, entering payables, and supporting reinsurance claims. This position also serves as a backup for phone and reception area coverage. 

The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree in accounting or at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and QuickBooks is required. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

You will also support the Executive Director, Executive Administrative Assistant, and Director of Finance with various tasks as needed.
