Join a leading technology innovator as a Talent Operations Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition and management. As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will directly impact a growing global organization of over 7,200 team members. You’ll be instrumental in supporting an ambitious hiring initiative, developing best practices, and streamlining the hiring process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business administrators, and the business operations team across the US, India, and EMEA to coordinate end-to-end hiring logistics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain all hiring requisition data.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new and backfill request/approval processes.
  • Utilize recruiting systems and collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to create requisitions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems and keep appropriate contacts engaged and informed.
  • Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with managers and recruiting partners to ensure accurate capture of open requisition details throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field (e.g., business operations, recruiting, administrative support).
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests/duties efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain a sense of urgency while adapting to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
  • Previous experience in project management or operations.
  • Familiarity with Employee Central and iCIMS.
  • 4+ years of experience using professional communication, data organization, and note-taking software commonly utilized in corporate environments
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or program management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
