About the Team
As an AI/ML Product Manager you will join a team of product managers that are technical and play the dual role of understanding AI and ML technology while also collaborating with the domain authorities of HCM and Finance in applying this technology to address business problems. We are a lean team that focus on high impact product areas to deliver features for Workday's customersAbout the Role
Product Management in the AI space is all about understanding technology and where this technology can be applied to address meaningful business problems for Workday. This specific role is for a Product Manager in the ML Core team. You will be accountable for working in the following core foundational product areas:
1) Building an agent framework for Workday Illuminate Agents
2) New capabilities and tooling to quantify ML value for our customers
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of PM experience with a technology focus
Applied one or more AI/ML techniques or methodologies and shipped features or product with it.
Technical degree with a BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Strong team-oriented player with a focus on influencing engineers and designers on their product ideas
Other Qualifications
Enterprise oriented product management experience preferred
Closely working with engineers and building customer facing products is helpful
Building 0 - to - 1 products is highly preferred
Prior engineering experience is a plus
