What You’ll Do:
Lead and support food & beverage teams across multiple outlets. Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and training. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage labor costs and scheduling, ensuring efficient staffing levels
Qualifications
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills 🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment 🔹 Experience in food & beverage management preferred 🔹 Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable moments 🔹 Experience with Micros or other POS systems is desirable 🔹 Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and cost control
