NYS Adirondack Park Agency - Incumbent will provide the Agency Counsel and/or Agency Head with legal advice for the agency Board and staff in all matters, including litigation, briefs and legal papers, research, opinions and representation by Attorney General; confer and correspond with outside agencies on questions of law and procedure; conduct administrative hearings in connection with regulatory proceedings; review and analyze records of hearings; provide and supervise legal advice to staff. Incumbent may supervise staff and complete performance evaluations. Incumbent will serve as the Agency Ethics Officer. 

Minimum Qualifications:  Admitted to the New York State Bar and four years of experience in the practice of law subsequent to admission to the Bar. 

The starting salary for this position is $145,754.
