Volt is immediately hiring for Field Service Technicians (blow mold machinery). You will have a chance to work with a growing manufacturer of state-of-the-art beverage machinery!

Any candidate with automated beverage filling industrial line experience/blow mold machinery will be considered that is within 1 hour of any major airport in order to travel to customer locations.

As a Field Service Technician you will:

Complete service at customer's plants including installation, repair or troubleshooting to blow mold equipment.
Instructing maintenance and operating personnel in the proper operating and maintenance procedures, as well as safety and clean-up procedures for blow mold equipment.
In-depth knowledge of packaging equipment, maintenance and general industrial maintenance techniques.
Packaging line mechanical knowledge of general functions of automated machinery.
Be able to work independently on installations, upgrades, and overhauls for packaging line equipment.
85-90% travel (2 weeks out at a time)

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Qualifications for this role:

2+ years' experience in machine maintenance, in the packaging or beverage industry.
PLC troubleshooting knowledge: Siemens and Rockwell programing experience preferred
Solid mechanical/pneumatic knowledge.
Must be able to read blueprints and be familiar with the metric system.
Must be able to perform work assignments that are of a technical, involved nature, requiring the use of judgement and independent thinking.
Able to travel to customer locations for equipment installations: 85-90% travel (2 weeks out at a time)

Salary: $28.00-34.00/hour. OT Weekly, OT paid for Satrudays, DT paid for Sundays + Daily per diem + Yearly bonus
