Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Pay Incentive:
Starting Pay: $114,000 Salary Range: $87,767 - $127,228
In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success.
Purpose of Position:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of a high volume Tier III branch. This position is accountable for engaging, developing and supporting team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results.
Accountabilities:
Lead, engage, develop and support team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results. This includes:
- Customer satisfaction target
- Employee satisfaction target
- Satisfactory branch audits
- Ensure efficient and effective branch operations while monitoring service quality standards
- Develop high performing teams
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key members and community partners
- Assigned sales measures as outlined in the sales performance reports supporting our three LOB’s; Personal, Business and Wealth.
- Noninterest income and noninterest expense budget
Meet coaching expectations per published “Coaching Standards and Guidelines”.
- Perform effective coaching with all team members, tailored to individual needs with frequency that encourages sustained skill development and proactive employee engagement to make sure employees understand the customer’s point of view.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 6 years sales leadership success in financial or comparable industry required
- Demonstrated effective leadership in high potential market areas
- Strong financial services product knowledge
- Proven ability to develop, engage and motivate team
- Strong communications skills a must with the ability to communicate and relate with individuals at all levels
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong commitment to our Purpose – to help our community thrive and prosper
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals form diverse communities and cultures
- Desire to serve and create economic opportunity in traditionally underserved communities
- Strong cultural competency and desire to work in an organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

- Conversational proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required
- Proficient in PC applications
- Must complete submission of application to the NMLS within the first week of employment and subsequently be successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL
