What You'll Do

You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team.

  • Liaise with BCG offices within NAMR & worldwide to support the development & maintenance of their business resilience capabilities
  • Support Global Security Director - Americas and other members of the Global Security Team (as needed) in developing and delivering the global resiliency program, as required, including:
    • Provide support to offices or staff in crisis if required
    • Assist with the creation and delivery of tabletop exercises for local Incident Response Teams (IRTs)
    • Creation of media materials for business resiliency exercises
    • Assist with awareness materials for workplace violence threats, reputational issues, and climate-related crises
    • Draft After-Action Reports to assess local IRT response during exercises
  • Organize and manage an on-going programme of resilience plan reviews and incident response exercises
    • Coordinate with regional GLB Security team members for resource planning purposes
    • Keep team members accountable for their project deliverables and tasks, setting deadlines
  • Work closely with our business data analysts to ensure that programme-generated data is up to date and available for integration into Risk-wide dashboards
  • Conduct research using publicly available sources to gather information on persons of interest (POIs), locations, or emerging risks that inform crisis planning and decision-making.
  • Support the creation and updating of regional threat and risk assessments.
  • Assist with content organization and scheduling of BCG's Global Resilience Forum, a network of office representatives aimed at sharing best practice in response to adverse events
    • Ensure preparation for each GRF and open session is complete, such as sending invites, updating decks, sending out additional communications, allocating training facilitation responsibility etc
    • Schedule, manage and drive open training sessions for incident response team members

What You'll Bring

  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management; must work well with deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly across cultures
  • Strong technical skills with at least intermediate PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and OneNote would be advantageous
