Community Center Recreation Leader - Seasonal Part-Time
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and share information about programs, events, memberships, and facility rentals.
- Process program registrations, memberships, rental reservations, and payments following established procedures.
- Supervise facilities and participants, promote a safe environment, and enforce City policies and procedures.
- Assist with youth programs, athletics, senior activities, programs serving individuals with disabilities, and community events.
- Support daily community center operations, including opening and closing facilities, room setup and breakdown, equipment management, light custodial duties, and facility inspections.
- Lead and participate in recreational activities, games, field trips, and special events held both indoors and outdoors.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, report safety concerns, and provide basic first aid when needed.
