The Community Engagement Lead will lead volunteer activities with partnering organizations in operating areas. Manage the Mosaic Employee Giving Program, Global CARES Day activities and execute employee events with partners. They work to promote and enhance Mosaic volunteer opportunities globally.
What will you do?
Mosaic Employee Giving Program
Global Governance, activation, employee and partner engagement and reporting for program. Manage events, engage employees and community partners. Work collaboratively with team to develop strategies to increase participation and engagement. Review and update platform governance. Develop annual activation plan for program and goals for participation. Outreach and onboarding with support functions to integrate platform across the business.
Volunteer Events
Manage employee volunteer events. Lead Global Cares Day strategy, activation and implementation. Manage employee inclusion network (EIN) requests for volunteer events. Lead entitlement events with sports partners and community investments. Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations to enhance participation in program.
Employee to Employee Assistance program activation, fundraising and reporting. Supports Community Investment activations as needed. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree required with major in Communications, Public Relations or related field
5+ years' experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong written and verbal communication skills,
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail oriented and deadline driven
Must be a self-starter as well as an independent and creative thinker with a focus on details and the ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
