Pay Range: $26/hr - $32/hr

• Review complaints and documents
• Submit and track regulatory reports
• Ensure every quality and compliance step is followed and documented
• Work with cross-functional and global teams to gather info, solve problems, and improve processes
• Support audits and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Find compliance gaps and help fix them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience with complaint handling, data, reporting, and documentation

Bonus if you have:

• Corrective Actions experience or knowledge
• Regulatory reporting background
• Familiarity with medical device compliance standards
