Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Position type: Full Time/Contract
Location: 100% Remote Role (Sacramento, California)
Shift: Remote Job : PST hours - 8:30 - 5pm PST
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Job Description:
CSR with call center exp is must - handling inbound and outbound calls for inquiries.
Please take screen shot of their internet speed while submitting the resume.
Go to Google Chrome on your phone, type "internet speed test," then run the test and share a screenshot. Make sure to do the test at the same spot in your house where the network connection is strong.
This is a remote position requiring candidates to work PST hours.. Employees must be available to work Saturdays, with one day off during the week and Sundays off. The specific schedule will be determined by the hiring manager after the start date. Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) will begin by handling UPS processing and later receive training on basic phone tasks.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $16.00 - $17:00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, in-person, internet/email) ranging from routine to complex.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures, contingent on the Line of Business (LOB).
- Utilize online purchasing and e-commerce knowledge, internet navigation, and payment processing/collection skills.
- Perform eligibility verification, order status checks, shipping status updates, and stock availability assessments.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation, letters, and form processing.
- Conduct Quality Assurance testing for company software.
- Research and resolve customer complaints/issues, determining appropriate resolutions.
- Provide education and influence customers on the benefits of the company's products, services, and solutions.
- Identify customer trends and communicate them to relevant business partners and leadership.
- Maintain specific line-of-business customer service standards and support levels.
- Stay updated on policy, procedure, and product/service changes to ensure accurate customer responses.
- Attend benefit fairs, open enrollment meetings, and client meetings as required, with occasional overnight travel.
- Support Sales Representatives with inquiries related to customer orders or general inquiries.
- Process claims based on business needs and workflow fluctuations.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex inquiries in industries such as call centers, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear.
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overnight as needed.
- Demonstrated internet proficiency and understanding of basic browser settings.
- Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
- Capability to ask relevant questions to identify customer needs.
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in customer interactions.
- Ability to listen, process transactions, and interact with customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- If acting as a third-party administrator (TPA) for payment processing, candidates will be subject to a credit check.
