This is an UNPAID internship.
Are you passionate about building a sustainable future? Do you have a proven track record of being a diligent and eager learner? E Source has an opening for a customer success intern to support the account management and customer success team. You’ll learn about how the utility industry operates and about E Source products and service solutions. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in utility business, customer success operations, and business software systems.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be organized, task-oriented, and ready to learn about the electric and gas utility industry.

We provide research and advisory services to electric, gas, and water utilities with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of their operations, customer programs, and customer relationships. What you’ll do
- Regularly review, analyze, and report client engagement data to account management team and research managers
- Join customer calls to get client engagement and task management experience
- Log meetings for customer calls and summarize the top learnings for product leads
- Help build and manage a database of customers’ topical interests and expertise areas
- Craft creative resources showcasing our upcoming events and content
- Make general updates to the CRM system
- Review upcoming events for opportunities for more engagement and registration
- Review market research participation across our member base and recommend additional participation opportunities
- Analyze and summarize customer engagement reports

Terms of employment
Temporary position; up to 40 hours per week; unpaid. Exact dates are flexible based on your schedule. Opportunity for current students to receive course credit.
