The Basics
- 40 hours per week
- 9 month duration with possibility to extend
- HYBRID out of the client's Hoboken, NJ office (flexible on number of days)
Overview
You will build and sell advertising solutions, working with industry experts in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve growing advertising partnerships and collaborating with various internal and external teams.

- Experience in building media plan recommendations.
- Self-starting with the ability to follow projects through with little oversight.
- Impeccable organization skills and the ability to keep projects on task.
Other Qualifications
- Four-year college degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented project management.
- Ability to work proactively under pressure.
- Resourcefulness in navigating large organizations.
- Willingness to be a key contributor and team player.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier campaigns and revenues, build strategic recommendations, and drive the creative process.
- Provide frequent updates and share actionable insights to support supplier strategies.
- Partner with internal teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Offer technical guidance on campaign specifications and resolve conflicts.
- Deliver on accountability metrics and goals, ensuring accuracy in reporting and billing.
- Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead performance discussions.
- Work with Sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up.
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
- Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
