We are looking for a Digital Designer for one of our retail clients. it’s a 6-month hybrid engagement in Boston, MA. Candidates must have intermediate Figma skills and have past experience working on websites.  As a Junior Designer on this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of a renowned brand’s e-commerce platform, email marketing campaigns, and performance media. Partnering with a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, and strategists, you’ll contribute your creative vision and technical skills to craft engaging digital experiences that drive business growth and brand loyalty. As a Junior Designer, you will:

• Design innovative solutions for the brand’s digital ecosystem, including website experiences, emails, and performance media (paid social/banners), utilizing graphic design, digital design, and motion editing skills.
• Execute, version, and maintain the brand’s graphic standards and creative direction across global e-commerce channels.
• Collaborate with project managers and strategists to understand briefs and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Partner with global teams to provide brand-aligned digital assets for marketing campaigns and seasonal creative.
• Clearly communicate ideas to the design team and senior leadership.
• Balance creative excellence with business needs and take calculated risks.
• Contribute to the art direction and execution of website photography, email, and banner creative.
• Utilize brand and category assets to create effective brand communication for retail and brand initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in digital design for large retail e-commerce or a digital agency specializing in the streetwear, footwear, or apparel industry.
• Intermediate skills in Figma (primary design tool) or Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of streetwear culture and trends.
• Skills in Adobe After Effects for animation, video editing, and photo retouching.
• Understanding of current digital design trends for e-commerce.
• Solid knowledge of digital commerce, user experience, and social media platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.39 to $39.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
