Our client is hiring an experienced and motivated Digital Designer, full-time! This role is fully onsite, 5 days/week in City of Industry.
The Digital Designer will design digital assets for email, social, ads, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design assets for digital marketing initiatives and media.
* Generate email campaigns and templates, social media graphics, and presentations that follow branding guidelines and direction.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create visuals that align with business goals.
* Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
* Translate creative briefs into compelling design concepts with strong attention to detail.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
* Experience in Figma and drag and drop website design tools would be a plus (e.g. Webflow, wix, etc).
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years experience and a recent portfolio showcasing digital design samples
* Proficiency in digital and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD), and Klaviyo
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
* Experience working on a lead generation site is a plus and experience in Webflow is a major plus.
* Knowledge of AI, video editing software, and motion graphics is a plus.

After 60 days and to begin the first of the month, you will be eligible for company-provided life medical, dental, voluntary benefits and 401K. You will earn and accrue one week of vacation upon hire for the first two years. Two weeks' vacation effective third year of hire.
