Avidia Bank Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disability/protected veteran status Description: Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute impactful email campaigns, manage website and social media content, and track campaign performance to enhance our digital presence, brand awareness, and audience engagement. This role will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across digital channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience while leveraging data-driven insights to help improve marketing effectiveness and support business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote banking products and services. Update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with branding and marketing strategies. Develop, schedule, publish, and monitor content across the bank's social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing and business objectives. Monitor and analyze email, website, and social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital and social media content and ensure consistency across all channels. Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives that support the bank's strategic goals. Manage vendor relationships with digital and social marketing firms to enhance and support bank efforts. Monitor social media activity and audience engagement, responding to inquiries or coordinating with appropriate internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and brand presence. Other Responsibilities: Support general marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed. Monitor competitor financial institution marketing programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly email campaigns, social media and website content management. Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms). Skilled in developing targeted email marketing journeys through CRM tools, leveraging customer data insights to customize communications and enhance campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is a plus.
