Description

Position Summary: Leads the design and implementation of programs that strengthen leadership capability, management effectiveness, and workforce development across the organization. Responsible for management training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives that support team member engagement, organizational performance, and long-term leadership continuity. Ensures learning initiatives align with organizational strategy, culture, and commitment to exceptional patient and team member experiences.

Experience

Required: At least 5 years' progressively responsible experience in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development. Demonstrated experience designing learning programs using adult learning principles, blended learning methods, and modern training approaches that drive behavior change and skill development.

Preferred: Experience implementing structured succession planning programs, identifying high-potential talent, and developing leadership pipelines for critical roles.

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree preferred.

License and Credentials

Required:

Preferred: SHRM-CP/SCP; PHR/SPHR; and/or CPTD/APTD. Certification or formal training in OD, executive coaching, or leadership assessment tools (DiSC, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, etc.).

Skills

Required: Demonstrated ability to design and implement leadership development programs that strengthen management capability, build high-performing teams, and prepare emerging leaders for future roles. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively teach, coach, and engage managers, directors, and senior leaders in leadership and management training programs. Ability to align learning initiatives with organizational strategy, workforce planning, and operational priorities to support organizational performance.

Preferred: Ability to use workforce analytics, engagement survey data, and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $100K - $150K

When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
