We’re hiring an analyst who can work across both public-facing and internal employee-centered web platforms, who can help us improve how we communicate, collaborate and serve the community.What You’ll Do
- Maintain and improve website content with a focus on digital experience, usability and accessibility
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to solve problems and deliver better digital services
- Provide both strategic recommendations and hands-on support for digital content and platforms
- Help departments write, organize and present information clearly and effectively
- Contribute to digital accessibility efforts, including document remediation and audits
- Lead or assist with training, workshops and discovery sessions
- Support and enhance SharePoint sites, Teams environments and M365 collaboration tools
- Assist with automation and process improvement using M365 tools
- Perform other work as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field and five years of working experience with a minimum of three years of experience working with M365 platforms or supporting public web content; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on continuous learning and problem solving
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, online forms and user-centered design

Must be a US citizen or have been a lawful resident of the US for the past ten consecutive years.
