What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve website content with a focus on digital experience, usability and accessibility
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to solve problems and deliver better digital services
  • Provide both strategic recommendations and hands-on support for digital content and platforms
  • Help departments write, organize and present information clearly and effectively
  • Contribute to digital accessibility efforts, including document remediation and audits
  • Lead or assist with training, workshops and discovery sessions
  • Support and enhance SharePoint sites, Teams environments and M365 collaboration tools
  • Assist with automation and process improvement using M365 tools
  • Perform other work as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field and five years of working experience with a minimum of three years of experience working with M365 platforms or supporting public web content; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems and digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on continuous learning and problem solving
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, online forms and user-centered design

Additional Requirements

  • Must maintain personal mobile technology as a condition of employment.
  • Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check, and education/degree verification required.
  • This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice’s “Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy” and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent criminal background check. Must be a US citizen or have been a lawful resident of the US for the past ten consecutive years.
