- Qualified candidates will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a top 200 law firm setting.
- The ideal candidate has experience in benefits and executive compensation.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- North Carolina Bar is required or willingness to obtain North Carolina license.
