Ensure food is stored & cooked at correct temps. by regulating temp. of ovens, broilers, grills & roasters. Ensure freshness of food & ingredients by checking quality, keeping track of old & new items & rotating stock. Maintain high standards of food production to ensure guest satisfaction.
