Our client, a modern media company located in Financial District, Manhattan is looking for a Part-Time Temp Facilities Specialist. This position will start week of June 23^rd. In office Tuesday - Thursday, 9am-5pm. Occasional Mondays/Fridays if schedule can accommodate. Temp approximately 2+ months with potential to extend/convert.

Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)
Answer ticketing requests
Assist with conference room set up and breakdown
Handle catering and office related tasks (occasional reception)
Breakdown and set up for large events
Ordering supplies/stocking
Freight deliveries - runner to and from messenger center
Work closely with Workplace Experience Manager

Qualifications:

1+ years related experience in a corporate setting in similar role
High attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism

Compensation:

$30-$35/hour DOE
