Shift Schedule:
Scheduled to work 12-hour shifts from 7am - 7pm every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday, which is a 2-week pattern of 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off. Only scheduled to work 15 days every month, but with built-in overtime pay!
Payrate : $24.50 - $27.50 depending on experience.
Job Summary:
You will loads/unloads all trailers of raw materials & finished goods, prepare proper paperwork for shipping or receiving, supply presses with materials & account for inventoried materials. Additionally, you will keep warehouse in order; maintain aisles & exits clear of all material. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will receive work direction from the Warehouse and shift lead onsite in our Maple Grove facility.
Job Duties:
You will operate all equipment in department i.e. forklifts, sit-down, and clamp. Change forklift batteries.
You will assist with cycle counting and bin verification.
Complete UPS shipment documentation.
Stage shipment to go out including using SAP to enter staged information.
Complete assigned tasks for the Master Sanitation schedule.
Move pallets of material, finished roll stock, and metal drums of ink as frequently for production. Moving of materials is done manually with the assistance of a forklift and with non-powered material handling equipment.
Supply presses with rolls of paper and remove finished, rewind, and scrap material from all machines.
Stock the production supply rack.
Supply production machines with packaging materials such as cores, pallets, cardboard.
Remove and set up the bailed recycled material.
Unload incoming materials from trailers & LTLs and load finished product on trailers and prepare the paperwork required for shipping.
Verify that all materials received match vendor's bill of lading and process the necessary paperwork.
Pull glue samples from tanker for testing and pump the glue from the tanker.
Receive and inventory packages from small truck carriers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Operate forklift equipment - 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Read & write English
Perform computer navigation (SAP, Microsoft Office)
