Position Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Global Medical Information (GMI) team within Global Medical & Scientific Affairs.
- This entry-level, headquarters-based role will support U.S. and global core functions, including handling healthcare professional inquiries, medical/scientific review of materials, and compendia/pathway submissions.
- The ideal candidate will bring a solid scientific background, a passion for Oncology, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to our mission of advancing patient care through timely and accurate medical information.
Pay Range: $70 - $80 an hr.
Work Arrangement:
- This is a hybrid position based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, requiring a minimum of three day per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to U.S. HCP inquiries and manage complex, escalated global inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and compliance.

Support the development and delivery of high-quality medical content in response to inquiries.

Participate in the medical/scientific review of promotional and non-promotional materials for accuracy and alignment with regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on compendia and clinical pathway submissions.

Gather, analyze, and communicate key insights and trends from HCP interactions to inform internal strategy.

Partner with internal teams including Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Scientific Affairs to ensure timely and compliant execution of responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree: PharmD, PhD, MS or equivalent in a scientific discipline.

Foundational experience in Medical Information and/or medical/scientific review in a biotech/pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

Solid understanding of clinical trial design, statistical principles, and interpretation of complex scientific literature.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scientific concepts clearly.

Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities.

Some exposure to Oncology therapeutic areas.
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Information, medical/scientific review, or related functions in the biotech/pharma industry.

Advanced therapeutic knowledge in Oncology and familiarity with oncology-related scientific data.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
