Our real estate client is seeking a Graphic Designer! This role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite (flexible). You will be working 40 hours/week (and some overtime days), and if you're a good fit you may be eligible to convert to full-time.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to complete a test assignment!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work on multiple projects with different deal teams by creating the graphic elements and text layout for all marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.
- Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, draw logos
- Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphic)
- Develop and create design elements based on client needs and specifications while adhering to branding to create a cohesive look and feel for the subject property
- Work with deal team and layout designer to deliver optimal information graphics, color scheme, and template base for layout design
- Design invitations for internal events and other special projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite on Macintosh OS and some MS knowledge, specifically with Powerpoint design
- Print production long formatting experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional experience working with print medium highly preferred
- Experience working in a corporate environment in real-estate or finance industries a plus
