HOA ACCOUNTANT – ASPEN, CO

Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass seeks a full-time HOA Accountant to manage homeowners’ associations' financials. This hybrid role is for local applicants only (must live in the Roaring Fork Valley).

· Maintain HOA financial records (AP/AR)

· Prepare reports, budgets, forecasts

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations

· Work with HOA boards & internal teams

· 5+ yrs HOA accounting experience

· Proficient in QBD, AppFolio & Excel

· Detail-oriented, organized, and communicative $75K–$85K DOE + full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO, HSA, bonuses)
