The Information Technology Analyst will assist in providing technical support to hotel guests, associates, and management, to assist them in utilizing Hyatt technology to achieve their goals. This role also helps with the installation and maintenance of hotel IT hardware and software in accordance with Hyatt standards, which may require the ability to lift/carry IT equipment. The role utilizes defined processes, procedures and protocols to uphold the security, structure, and integrity of hotel networks and systems. In addition, the role performs required IT maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption to hotel operations. The IT analyst is responsible for maintaining compliance, by performing internal audits and administrative tasks according to Hyatt's cybersecurity policy and standards. The successful candidate should have strong time management, administrative and good communication skills, be a self-starter and a strong team player.

Qualifications
- Enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, efficiency and meeting IT customer needs.
- The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will have previous IT help desk or similar systems support experience
- Hotel IT or Operations experience is a plus.
- Candidate must have basic PC and Server troubleshooting experience (Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and above)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - required
- General network, TCP/IP, Wireless networking, and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
- Must have flexible availability, work weekends and holidays when needed.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and fast pace environment.
