Integrated Marketing Manager
**40-hours a week, in office Tuesday-Thursday, potential to convert to salary**
A Houston marketing agency is looking for a highly-skilled and analytical Integrated Marketing Manager to join it's team. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the strategy team and channel managers to bring innovative content and campaigns to life across paid, earned, and owned channels.
With deep hands-on experience in managing ads and broad knowledge of content strategy and management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring campaign success and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, constantly seeking ways to enhance performance and test new approaches to elevate marketing efforts and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage global integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Develop strategic plans informed by analytics to develop, maintain, and optimize budgets and achieve company goals
- Own full-funnel marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in creative, audience targeting, media placement, and landing page optimization
- Own channel strategy, execution, and performance optimization for several media channels, and alternative marketing campaigns and testing methods
- Partner with team members on the development of comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategy, overall business objectives, and market trends
- Develop and implement an ongoing testing strategy (such as A/B testing) for creative assets to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
- Recommend and coordinate the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Support content strategy by identifying key topics and themes, and contribute to the editorial calendar and asset identification for effective execution
- Collaborate closely with members of the Integrated Marketing, Creative, Brand Management, and Strategy teams
- Perform in-depth analysis of marketing activities to generate actionable insights for improving channel performance and growth
- Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and rankings
- Work closely with the Technology & Analytics manager to define and track KPIs
- Lead post-mortem analysis of campaigns to summarize and share learnings and inform future initiatives
- Develop and implement scalable account-based marketing strategies
- Advise on website structure, content, and optimization, and other marketing assets to support business and marketing objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns
- Willing to take on challenges, dive deep, and deliver exceptional work
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Proven expertise and proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including web presence, social advertising,
- SEO/SEM, CRM, customer segmentation, and email marketing, or related channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of how to capture and leverage user-level data for multi-channel, data-driven marketing and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using analytics tools to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Proficient in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM software, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions
