Our agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join their team. This position is 40 hours a week through the end of the year with a high likelihood to extend. This position is onsite at their Georgetown office Monday through Thursday and WHF on Fridays.
The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, project coordination, marketing coordinator, etc.
Duties of the Jr. Account Executive:
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, translation, etc) to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Prepare meeting agendas, contact reports, and status updates
- Support the development of campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and help resolve any issues that arise
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings
- Maintain organized documentation and files for each account
Requirements of the Jr. Account Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working in the federal government space is a plus
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
