We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients' core holdings.

This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which requires working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Platform Solution Management team at Parametric is responsible for defining and enabling cross-platform business solutions that meet evolving client needs. These solutions may include products, services, or systems that deliver value to internal and external stakeholders. Operating at the intersection of business, client, and technology, the team collaborates across functions to define solution vision, roadmap, and capabilities, and partners with engineering teams to deliver scalable technology products.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Business Analyst is a high-impact individual contributor with potential management responsibilities. This role partners with business and technology teams to deliver technical products from inception through ongoing maintenance, supporting enterprise transformation at Parametric.

The role requires a proactive, self-directed individual who engages cross-functional partners, drives alignment, and independently identifies and resolves issues. As part of a broader Solution Management and Business Analysis team, this role models best practices in stakeholder engagement and business analysis.

What Success Looks Like

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and analysis artifacts that enable efficient design, development, and delivery with minimal rework.
  • Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders by facilitating decisions, clarifying tradeoffs, and surfacing risks, dependencies, and impacts early.
  • Improve solution quality and business adoption by supporting effective user testing, validating readiness for production, and helping teams implement changes successfully.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional analysis efforts with a proactive, enterprise-minded approach that connects process, data, and technology decisions to broader business outcomes.
  • Model strong business analysis practices through high-quality documentation, stakeholder engagement, and effective use of tools, including AI, to improve team productivity and outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Conduct user research and requirements elicitation with business partners to define the business need, clarify impacts, and translate findings into clear analysis deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support design and development, including current and future state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and wireframes or prototypes as needed.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to align solution direction, advocate for business needs, and identify dependencies across systems, data, and processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops that drive decisions on target operating models, business processes, and data-related policies.
  • Support solution delivery by contributing to backlog development and prioritization, advising development teams and product owners on business-facing enhancements, and adapting effectively to Agile or other ways of working.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, validate production readiness and completeness, and support successful business adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Parametric’s asset management business, technology landscape, and enterprise objectives to inform analysis, recommendations, and future-state decision-making.
  • Use AI and other tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and strategic value of analysis work products and solution outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong domain knowledge of asset management and equity direct indexing
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with peers, technology colleagues, and business partners, including strong questioning and listening skills
  • Tailor communication to the audience, delivering clear and concise messaging appropriate to their level of understanding and interest. Document meetings and work, and communicate decisions through concise written content
  • Strong experience in querying, mapping and documenting data
  • Advanced experience working with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes
  • Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping, including but not limited to Excel, Visio, Lucid, and Figma
  • Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet deadlines
