PR: $28/hr

About the Role:?We are seeking a Lead Deployment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a team lead and will be responsible for setting up a large number of office desks, ensuring that all equipment is installed correctly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of deployment technicians, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the removal of all desk-sharing equipment from each desk to prepare for new installations.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate the transport of monitors and related accessories from onsite storage to designated desk locations.
  • Conduct and supervise quality control checks on all equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition before installation.
  • Lead the setup of monitors and connection of all necessary cables, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.
  • Ensure the cleanup and disposal of any excess packaging or garbage from the area after installations are complete.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and cable management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Daily on-site presence required
