Our brand new, 15-bed, mental health facility crisis residential program is located in Orangevale, Ca. Our inpatient facility serves voluntary clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff.

Positions Available:

full time- 2position as either an Associate Therapist or Licensed Therapist

For Full-Time ACSW, AMFT or APCC we offer:

group and individualtoward licensure.
Associates are able to claim their full 32-40 hour workweek toward their licensure

Essential Functions as an Associate Therapist:

Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
Assesses and monitors clients' behaviors while in treatment.
Works as a team member with other professionals
Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences
Conducts individual,family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives
Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies
Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports
Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
Operates a personal computer and other office equipment
Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone
Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses
Perform job duties under stressful conditions
May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities

Education and minimum qualification:

Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling
Must be registered withan associatenumber with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
Must possess a valid Driver's License

Salary:
Associate Therapist:$68,162- $100,152 (This salary range is for 40 hours per week)
Licensed Therapist: $82,597- $122,595 (This salary range is for 40 hours per week)
