We're searching for an experienced marketing professional to take our outdoor community engagement to the next level! For 40+ years, Ute Mountaineer and Neptune Mountaineering have been connecting adventurers with quality gear and authentic experiences. Now we need someone to amplify that mission across every channel.
As our Marketing Manager, you'll partner with our Marketing and E-Commerce Director to drive campaigns that truly resonate. From managing our social media presence and email campaigns to creating compelling content and executing Meta and Google ads, you'll shape how thousands discover our gear and join our community.
You'll bring strategy to life! Whether it's launching seasonal campaigns, executing legacy events like the Golden Leaf Half Marathon, or creating in-store displays that stop customers in their tracks, your work will connect people with their next adventure.
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of marketing experience who thrives in our collaborative environment. You'll need Adobe Creative Suite skills, project management prowess, and most importantly - a genuine love for helping others experience the outdoors. Travel to our Boulder location keeps things interesting too!
The position offers a pay range of $28-$35 per hour, health benefits, ski passes, employee discounts, and our beloved "Pay-to-Play" program where you get paid to test gear in the mountains. Ready to help share our passion with the world?
