Nurse Practitioner
- Large, primary care office
- Full-Time
- Exempt
- $90,000 - $130,000 annually
Nurse PractitionerBenefits:
- Annual performance review, performance-based merit increase
- Additional supplemental compensation available
- CME allowance
- Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, registration, and DEA fees paid by the practice.
- Health, dental and vision benefits availablewith coverage effective the first of the month following date of hire

- $1,000 annual employer HSA contribution for employeesenrolled in CNYFC high deductible health plan
- Free office visits with NP or PA employees who are patients of the practice and enrolled in CNYFC high deductible health plan

Our Nurse Practitionershave ready access and ability to precept cases with our Physicians in a supportive environment.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate health care services to patients and their families
- Promote maintenance of health, prevention of illness and stability
- Providecare during acute and chronic phases of illness
- Guide and counselindividuals and families
- Referral patients toother health care providers as appropriate
- Record and update patient EMR in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards and procedures
Nurse PractitionerQualifications:
- Current, certified NYS Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a family practice or Urgent Care setting is desired (not required)
- Previous experience working with Medent (EMR) is a plus
- Excellent working knowledge of chronic disease states and possess critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
