Your Role
As an Offset Second Press Operator, you'll play a vital role in our printing operations, collaborating closely with the Offset First Press Operator to ensure seamless setups, efficient production, and top-notch quality control. Your focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction will be key to success.
Work-Life Balance

- 3 to 4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
- Includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
We're looking for professionals with 2-3 years of print operator experience, specifically with offset presses such as Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, and Manroland (other models will also be considered). Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- A commitment to quality and efficiency.
- The physical capability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- The ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press equipment based on provided instructions.
- Monitor and ensure quality standards (color, folding, mechanical precision).
- Guide and coordinate the press team to exceed production benchmarks.
- Perform maintenance, lubrication, and required documentation tasks.
- Assist in other print service roles as needed after training.

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base wage, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
