Pack & Ship Associate - Hemp-Based Products

Location: Asterra Labs- Nashville, North Carolina

Compensation: $15-$18/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Asterra Labs, a division of Oak Ridge Industries, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pack & Ship Associate to join our team at our facility in Nashville, NC. This role is primarily responsible for accurately packaging and shipping hemp-based products while maintaining quality and efficiency. Additionally, this position will assist in production when needed, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure all products are labeled and documented correctly
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shipping area
• Assist with production tasks as needed
• Follow all company policies and quality control procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Prior experience in packaging, shipping, or production is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and assist in other areas as needed
