Full Job Description

Join us as a Process Optimization Analyst, focused on improving business processes. You’ll use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend streamlined solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and propose improvements. Support capacity creation and drive performance across multiple teams.

To be successful as a Process Optimization Analyst, you should have experience with:

  • Experience reviewing business processes to identify and improve inefficiencies
  • Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and applying data for strategy making
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders on solutions implementation
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a plus

Other highly valued skills may include:

  • Able to introduce conversations and communicate ideas clearly
  • Ability to lead functional solutions with attention to detail
  • Strong organization, collaboration, and operational ownership is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, process improvement certification preferred

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in roles, such as risk and control, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

The role is located in Henderson, Nevada, Wilmington, DE or the Whippany, NJ offices.

Salary for Henderson, NV:

Minimum Salary $75,000

Maximum Salary $95,000

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
  • Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

  • Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
