Purpose Statement
The production support provides timely and accurate completion of assigned reports. Work closely with team leaders and associates.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Manages special projects as assigned, providing necessary coordination and timely completion
- Provides administrative duties to include using Microsoft Office programs, telephone, faxing, filing, distribution correspondence, etc
- Maintains adequate inventory of supplies, ordering as required
- Maintains various production reports and documents
- Create, manage and review associate schedules
- Assist with Orientation and new hire training
- Manage supply orders for Productions
- Assist associates with associate concerns (PTO, technical issues, issues with associate services)
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Requires minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advance level skills with Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks in spite of constant interruptions by telephone and personnel contact.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
