Our large healthcare client is seeking a Veeva Project Manager to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week. This role is onsite 5 days/week in Alameda, CA.
Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Veeva PromoMats, including reporting, data navigation, and workflow management.
Top Must Have Skills:
Intimate experience with Veeva PromoMats
Proficiency in creating reports and navigating data
Strong understanding of workflows and system capabilities
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to upskill team members
Experience in data cleansing and periodic reviews
Collaborative skills to work with business owners on content processes
Responsibilities:
Upskill current team members on Veeva PromoMats
Drive data cleansing, periodic reviews, and system content management
Collaborate with business owners to manage content processes and material clean-up
Develop reports, support KPI development, and track KPIs
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
